I think that it’s important that you understand that I have decades of home and commercial janitorial cleaning experience. This includes industrial, office, small business, food service, warehouse, garages, and house cleaning. My focus is on providing quality, reliable green cleaning services for critically ill individuals and seniors in Tucson.

My customer base generally includes those who are caregivers for critically ill, those who are critically ill, and seniors that need, want, and desire a clean home. You are generally too busy with health related issues to properly maintain your home. You also desire a green and environmentally friendly house cleaning and domestic services provider.

After being a caregiver for my soul-mate, Geraldine, who died 12-27-2012, I have expanded into providing more domestic chore services. When someone becomes critically ill they often need assistance with cleaning their home and much more. I am now providing a wide variety of domestic chore services in Tucson such as light yard maintenance or picking up after the pets. I can pick up some grocery items or the meds at the pharmacy. I simply want to make your difficult situation a little easier.

Previously I have owned a  janitorial service Urban Maintenance Systems as well as another housecleaning service Your Fresh Start. I have also worked in management for other services. I have supervised up to 35 cleaning personnel at multiple locations.

Cleaning just comes natural to me. And as a man, this may seem strange to many, but it’s true! The genesis of my cleaning experience began in a gritty Pennsylvania machine shop as a high school student. It was broadened immensely when I moved to Tucson in the mid 70′s.

I have extremely high standards when it comes to providing services. Being a young senior myself, I am a bit old school, in that I say what I do and do what I say. All services provided are based on a written contract and no services are provided without first doing an in person home cleaning consultation.

My desire is to affect positive change for my customers lives. It isn’t uncommon for my work relationship to grow into friendships. So if you are seeking someone who can provide more than just emptying the trash and cleaning the toilets, please do contact me.

The most important piece of equipment that I use is my 15” wide commercial vacuum with HEPA filtration. HEPA filtration means my vacuum captures all but the smallest dust particles (99.97%).

There are significant health benefits to having your cleaning service use a HEPA filtration vacuum. Standard vacuums create a dust cloud every time they are started. They also vent dust partials and allergens during their operation. So your home and air is being filled with someone else’s dirt, dust, allergens and possibly molds and viruses! All equipment is disinfected before entering your home. I also wear booties to prevent additional contaminants from entering your home.

I am a mature English speaking gentleman of Irish/American heritage. I do not work by the hour * nor do I provide phone or email estimates. I do however, provide a free in-home cleaning consultations. This way we can meet to discuss your cleaning or domestic services needs, wants, and desires. We will also discuss cleaning times and schedules. Once the cleaning evaluation has been completed, I will provide a detailed written bid by email, based on the evaluation, and will provide schedule options.

My service area covers the greater Tucson metro area.

* Domestic chores are billed at an hourly with a 2 hour minimum.
